This is my Emergency Drought System (EDS). It is super tall so that it is close to the clouds. It sucks them up and sticks them into a water tank with a heat lamp. It vaporizes the clouds and they get too heavy to hold the water so it rains to the bottom. Then it shoots the water through the cables and the nozzles to water the plants (above).
